Privacy policy

SunKeeper Services provides solar panel bird proofing and cleaning in Brisbane and the Redlands. We are based in Wellington Point, QLD 4160, ABN 71 219 224 106.

This policy covers the information we collect through this website. It does not cover anything you tell us in person or over the phone.

When you use the quote form on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name, email address, and phone number if you provide one.
• Which service(s) you’re asking about — bird proofing, panel cleaning, or both.
• The suburb or address of the job.
• Your panel count if you know it (and the price we calculate from it), or that you don’t know it.
• How you heard about us, if you tell us.
• If you go on to request a day: your preferred day, and whether you’d prefer morning or afternoon.
• Where you arrived from: the search term, ad or link that brought you here, captured as UTM parameters and a Google Ads click ID.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we never ask for them by email.

We use your enquiry to quote your job, arrange a time and do the work. We use the attribution data to understand which ads and searches bring in real enquiries, so we are not paying for advertising that does nothing.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

Running a website means a handful of other companies touch your data. The ones involved here are:

• Formspree receives and forwards the enquiry form, and filters spam.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.

We don’t currently run analytics or ad-tracking tools on this site. If that changes, this list will be updated to match.

This site doesn’t use cookies or tools for analytics or ad measurement. It uses your browser’s session storage to remember the search, ad or link that brought you here, so that context can be attached if you send an enquiry.

That information stays in your browser and clears itself when you close the tab. Nothing is sent to us until you submit the form.

We keep enquiries and job records for at least 10 years, to cover the 10-year warranty on the mesh and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations under Australian law.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@sunkeeperservices.com.au and we will come back to you.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
